About Me

Hi! I’m Dares. I teach Acoustic, Classical, Electric, Bass Guitar Lessons and Ukulele Lessons for students aged 6 to adult.

After discovering the guitar in my early teens, I obtained ABRSM Certifications in both Classical Guitar and Music Theory. I have a deep passion for flamenco guitar and studied under renowned teacher Alberto Marin. And, to expand my musical versatility, I recently completed a Diploma in Music Production at Orita Sinclair College.

In class, I prioritise hands-on learning and collaboration to enhance student musicianship. I jamming with my students, fostering a dynamic and supportive environment from day one. I also enjoy teaching students of all ages and aside from guitar, I teach kids parkour!

When choosing a guitar, I encourage students to opt for one that feels comfortable and sounds great to them personally so that you’ll never want to put it down!
